Welcome to our Cape house! Amazing neighborhood & the perfect spot to explore the Cape. Located on fully recreational John's Pond with your private association beach at the end of the street. Large sandy beach, boat launch, float, playground and tennis courts - plus enjoy use of our two kayaks! Just 10 min to South Cape ocean Beach & Mashpee Commons. The house is FULLY updated with hardwoods throughout, AC's, laundry room, front deck with views, private back patio with fire pit and patio. The space Open floor plan - light and bright. Intentionally uncluttered. Our house is outfitted with unique decor - from refinished vintage tables, original artwork, a church pew from England, pottery barn couches and light fixtures, leathered granite counters - interesting bits can be found in every room. The back yard has a stamped concrete patio with table/chairs/umbrella a weber gas grill and fire pit and Adirondack chairs for you to relax after a day at the beach. We listened to our guests and added a dishwasher for 2025! Guest access Private Association beach for our guests use- sandy beach with gradual entry, tennis courts, boat launch, dock, and float. Even though the beach is it just a few houses away, our guest can park at the assoc beach if needed. Enjoy the use of our two kayaks along with life jackets and oars. Johns Pond public beach, which is even larger, is a quick bike ride/nice walk from the house. Private driveway parking for two cars plus on street parking if needed. Other things to note Cape Cod Fairgrounds is at the entrance to this lovely neighborhood - check out what's events are going on there! Mashpee Commons has everything from shops, great restaurants, entertainment, kids events and is just 10 min away. Amazing Cape ocean beached 12 min drive. Great spot to explore the Cape's golf courses, breweries, beaches, hikes and so much more. The best thing is we are 'open' all year round!
