Spacious private studio for a vacation getaway located in beautiful Waikiki. Walking distance to Waikiki Beach, International Marketplace. Relax and unwind in Air Conditioned unit with King Size TEMPERPUDIC bed. July 2024 New couch, dining table, chairs & bench, microwave cart, bedside tables with drawers and artwork. Plumbing repairs were also completed. Enjoy this great studio walking distance to Waikiki beach, International Marketplace, grocery store, eateries and shops too! The space Corner unit located on the 12th floor, guests have access to all in the unit. There is a king sized bed with couch and coffee table, flat screen TV and dresser for clothing. The kitchenette includes 2 burner plug in hot plate and kitchenware. It is a very tiny counter for cooking. The bathroom has a vanity, closet, and tub with shower head. Complementary items include a set of coffee, tea, creamer, sugar. Guest access The condo unit is located at a Condo/Hotel with hotel amenities. Pool with lounge chairs, parking garage (first come first serve basis and prepaid to front desk), laundry facility, sundeck with barbeque. Other things to note **Important** ALL guests MUST comply with the building rules regarding covid-19 in case they required all guests to wear masks. Enjoy & stay healthy! **Due to pandemic our office hours have been modified. Please reach out to our office to coordinate. **This is a SMOKE FREE building. No smoking or vaping on the balconies or inside the unit or any common areas. 1. All guests are required to register with a valid Government Photo Id in our Real Estate office. (Due to pandemic guests are pre-registered before arrival). 2. Keep noise volumes to a minimum; do not allow door to slam. Loud Music/TV or loud talking on the lanai is not allowed. 3. Do not dispose baby wipes, paper towels, or male/female products down the toilet. Use a small amount of toilet paper or you will cause a clog. If you cause a clog, you will be responsible for the cost to clear the line. 4. After a shower, wipe up any water on the floor to avoid possible leaking into another unit. 5. Do not bring SAND, MUD, OR RED DIRT into the building, room or tub/shower as you will be charged any fines accessed. 6. Due to high humidity, the Air condition units tend to have condensate onto the lanai. A/C containers must be emptied regularly in the bathtub (if need to). We ask for your kokua(help) in turning OFF air condition while out and about. 7. Report any leaks, damages, and concerns immediately in person or call Theresa Harden. 8. Items are not permitted to hang over the walls of the building. There will be a $50 fine. 9. All units are Non-Smoking rooms. 10. Please remember to have your keys with you to avoid being “locked out” of the room. Missing keys upon check out will result in a $100.00 USD charge to the guest. 11. Any damages to the building or unit caused by you or your guests will result in a charge. 12. Read all notices posted in the Elevators or common areas for maintenance work scheduling. 13. Trash chutes are located on each floor next to the Elevators. 14. Normal check out time is 11 am or earlier. Please use the Key drop box on the back of our office door facing the security desk. There will be a $200 charge for FAILING to check out at 11a.m. 15. Please DO NOT move furniture's around in the unit. You will be charge a $200 fee. 16. Any locks out after normal business hours will be charged $40. Please provide your flight arrival/departure info so we can prepare for your stay.
