Very spacious and charming Master bedroom in recently renovated lovely Marblehead colonial, in Cliffs neighborhood. Seasonal water views, surrounded by trees and natural beauty. Peaceful location outside of town, steps from the bike path and beach. Deeded neighborhood cove a short walk from house. Downtown Marblehead less than a mile away. Room has a brand new Yoga Bed king sized mattress, and a cozy goose down duvet comforter. Wall has a beautiful and enchanting mural, that makes a very cozy and whimsical sleeping nook. Plenty of closet space and large bureau, chair, bookcase, with space left over. This room is the old master bedroom and bath from before I renovated the house. It is quite large and very comfortable. The bathroom has a new vanity and sink and toilet. Shower only. Room has wireless wifi, and central air. Bedroom suite We live in the house, so we will be running into people from time to time. So will my dog- a very friendly and calm and sweet yellow lab. This is an informal yet calm setting in an active family home. I am available by text to help with anything that may come up. While I enjoy meeting new people, I am not an overbearing person and am very respectful of people's privacy. Marblehead Cliffs is beautiful for walking, hilly with lovely homes and water views as you explore the winding streets. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Little traffic as streets are not cut-thru's. Very friendly neighborhood. Bike path from Salem to Marblehead runs next to neighborhood. You can walk or bike it into Marblehead center or Salem in minutes. If you are a kayaker, you can also kayak out of the tidal neighborhood cove off Pequot road. You would need to bring your own or rent one in town and bring it there. Neighborhood cove is for residents and guests only and offers a tidal swimming dock, Adirondack chairs, a tree swing, storage for kayaks, and a field with a playground. We are very accessible to Salem, Cape Ann, and only 19 miles from Boston. Car to Logan airport takes 30 minutes. Beaches within walking distance. Downtown Marblehead less than a mile away. There are local bus lines on West Shore Drive, nearby, that go from Marblehead to all surrounding towns and transit stations. Take public transport to Boston, explore Salem and Cape Ann. We are ideally situated on the Marblehead/Salem bike path and just a short walk to the Salem line from here, only 19 miles from Boston, and close to Cape Ann. Logan airport is a 30 minute car ride.
