Private Mother In Law Suite behind my home and privacy gate. You will be 7 miles from downtown New Orleans (usually takes me 12 minutes) & 9 miles from the French Quarter. We want our guests to be comfortable and feel at home. Your privacy is important to me so your entrance is thru a privacy gate & is separate from my entrance. You will also have free off street parking that is just for you! Indoors is smoke free & no pets allowed. I ask that you please respect neighbors and furniture :) The space Suite is an open room with a comfy queen size pillow top bed, a comfy sofa that folds out into a full size bed, black out curtains, 2 dressers with drawers, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, double burner electric hotplate, pots, pans, croc pot/slow cooker, cookware spoon and spatulas, can opener, ice trays for freezer, plates, cups, spoons forks, broom & dust pan, swiffer wet jet, towels, linens, a few rolls of toilet paper & soap bars provided. Wifi & Roku smart TV that you can swivel to face either bed or sofa. Bathroom includes toilet, sink & shower with hand held shower head, washer & dryer right outside of your side door that is just for you. Please let me know if you have any questions. Please feel free to sit & relax in the private backyard. Other things to note A short drive to anywhere you'd want to go! Anything you can think of is on Veterans Blvd which is about 1 or 2 miles from here, grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping mall, bookstores, nightlife & much more!
