Napili Paumala 128 is a remodeled Studio condo which features amenities such as an open-concept layout and a ground floor lanai. This condo does not have A/C. Located on the ground floor, this condo can accommodate 4 guests with a Queen size bed and Queen size sofa sleeper. You will be greeted with modern furniture, Hawaiian inspired decorations, and a large flatscreen Smart TV. Ceiling fans are equipped in the unit to help stay cool. The space Napili Paumala 128 is a remodeled Studio condo which features amenities such as an open-concept layout and a ground floor lanai. This condo does not have A/C. Located on the ground floor, this condo can accommodate 4 guests with a Queen size bed and Queen size sofa sleeper. You will be greeted with modern furniture, Hawaiian inspired decorations, and a large flatscreen Smart TV. Ceiling fans are equipped in the unit to help stay cool. The bathroom features a luxurious walk-in-shower with modern finishes. Dine al fresco or unwind on the private lanai with a dining table for 4 and lounge chairs amidst the tropical garden. You may also dine in with a dining table for 2. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size stainless steel appliances. Ample counter space accommodates a coffee station and meal prepping space.  Puamala is a quiet low rise building with its own private pool, barbecues and meditation gardens. There are no resort fees or parking fees for this property. From your condo at Napili Puamala, you can easily access Napili Bay through the public beach access path between Napili Surf and Napili Point, where you can explore the tide pools, enjoy a snorkel or just kick back and enjoy the beach. The pool available for use is the Napili Puamala pool right next to the building. The famous "Gazebo Restaurant" is a two-minute walk and "The Seahouse Restaurant" is located at the north end of Napili Bay offering ocean-front breakfast, lunch and dinner along with West Maui's favorite and most scenic Happy Hour! Please note, this condo is a part of a unique association and amenities in the neighboring resort are NOT available. Access to the neighboring Napili Surf property and it's amenities are not included for this Napili Puamala unit. This particular unit does NOT have access to Napili Surf's ocean front pool, laundry facilities, or the beach access through Napili Surf. The beach access for this condo is the public beach access between Napili Surf and Napili Shores, located on the left side of the property, when you are facing the ocean. Other things to note Please note that Airbnb will group the following mandatory, non-refundable fees under their "Cleaning Fee" section. 1) Vacation Rental Damage Waiver plan that will cover unintentional damages to the rental unit interior and will cover up to $1,500 in damages. 2) Processing Fee: Our team is available daily from 9am-5:30pm for general questions or issues that arise, plus we have invested in an after-hours emergency staff. 3) Cleaning Fee: Our condos receive a CDC compliant cleaning and we provide a one-time starter supply of kitchen supplies, dish soap, detergents, toilet paper, paper towels, and Maui-made toiletries at the completion of our deep cleaning. Standard Cancellation Policy: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in. If guest cancels between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they will owe 50% for all nights.
