ALOHA, This is Paradise! Our unit is in the very back of the complex on the top floor so all you hear are birds chirping and your views are tree tops and the beautiful blue ocean. The Condo has everything! The condo has a common area with pool and sauna hot tub and bbq BBQs use requires sign up for time there are 4 and one by the building itself Pool and hot tub are keyed enter and currently sign up times during covid We live on the main land however we are available via text or phone or email There is a beautiful White Sand beach right across the street The pool area just added a new very nice sauna There is a very nice restaurant on the beach that has a great view of the beach and excellent sunsets while enjoying great food and drinks Our condo has had a lot of remodeling done while everything slowed down One parking space for car Rental bikes at the beach parking and local trolley to town This is a non smoking property No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property
