Family fun awaits at our 6-acre waterfront estate offering tennis, water access, and more! 5 min to Chatham Main St. attractions and popular beaches, but with enough to keep everyone happy on-site, our home boasts multiple large indoor and outdoor gathering spaces and much to do. Central a/c-Pet friendly-Flexible stays considered-Professional cleaning includes full linen service w/prepared beds, bath & beach towels-Kayak/SUP storage steps from the shore, dock slip available by arrangement. With comfortable living accommodations, many options for fun on the property, and a convenient location near Chatham's Main St and popular beaches, this home is ideal for multiple or intergenerational families and friend groups. The house boasts 2 stone patios; 2 large living rooms; a fully-equipped open kitchen; central air; indoor and outdoor dining tables for 10; outdoor grill; 5 bedrooms with a mix of queen, king and twin beds; and 3 full bathrooms. Wood and tile flooring throughout. Beyond the multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, there is much on the property to enjoy. Home is part of a 3 home, 6 acre waterfront estate where guests can: -enjoy use of an on-site clay har-tru tennis court, bocce & horseshoe courts; -play provided lawn games -take beach walks (with their dogs!) along the shores of Oyster River and Stage Harbor (one of the few places allowing dogs all year round); -build sandcastles, catch crabs for fun or even clams and oysters for dinner; -or head to the boathouse deck for picnics or cocktails overlooking Nantucket Sound and Stage Harbor lighthouse. Additionally, you can explore Chatham by water by bringing your own kayaks or SUPs with storage just steps from the shore. There is also a dock slip for boats up to 20ft long available by special arrangement. Rentals include bedding and towels for all guests. All blankets/comforters, sheets, and towels are laundered by Chatham Laundromat's commercial division and the home is professionally cleaned before each stay. Beds are made up for guests by the cleaning team before each stay. Home is registered with the Town of Chatham Board of Health and Massachusetts Department of Revenue. Pets considered, please mention any pets in your booking request. House layout: Entry-Level: living room (tv), kitchen, dining table (up to 10) and direct access from kitchen and dining to blue stone patio with outdoor dining table and grill. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms [king bedroom w/en suite bathroom; two twin bed room and a bunk room share a bathroom with a shower tub) Downstairs: queen room and king room, 1 full bath with shower and large family room with television and sliding glass door access to 2nd patio and spacious yard. All bedrooms have hardwood floors and common/living areas have either hardwood or tile. Both living areas and all bedrooms except the bunk room have televisions with Rokus set up with a few streaming services. House has board games, playing cards, children's toys, pack and play, books for all ages. There is high speed WiFi and central air conditioning throughout the house. Home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential part of Chatham known as "The Neck". Guests may use the path on the adjacent property to walk to the shore. House is approximately 2 miles from: Main Street, Orpheum Movie Theater, Chatham Village Market, Chatham A's baseball field, popular restaurants, the Old Colony Rail Trail (bike trail), Oyster Pond Beach, Chatham Lighthouse and South Beach. There is kayak and stand-up paddleboard storage available for use steps from the shore (you must bring your own or rent them locally). Sand toys and beach chairs are in the boathouse for use while hanging out by the water. Use of clay tennis court is shared with owner and one other guest house, court times are easy to reserve through our calendly calendar, check it out at tinyurl /moontennis Guests may use boathouse deck area casually whenever, or schedule more formal gatherings by arrangement with owner. Use of dock for a boat up to 20ft in length is possible for a $200 surcharge from mid-May through September. The dock is less than 3/4 mile down the river from the entrance to Stage Harbor & Nantucket Sound. While the boathouse deck area is accessible to all, access to the dock beyond the gate (where the boats are) is with permission only. Owner and/or property manager available nearby for issues that may arise. Residential part of Chatham called Sears Point, 2 miles from: Main Street shops, restaurants, Band Concert, Chatham Lighthouse Beach and Oyster Pond Beach. No public transportation, garage, ample driveway for parking. Rack near the water for storing paddleboards, kayaks or other similarly small craft. Beach chairs, beach toys, shellfishing equipment (rakes and bucket with gauge) and a beach umbrella can be found in the garage. Many families with children of all ages have stayed here , and we do provide a pack-and-play and convertible high chair on request (must be requested at time of booking to ensure availability). However, please note that the home is not baby/child-proofed. If you have any questions or concerns please ask any questions before booking. **All stays include professional cleaning and commercially laundered bath, beach and kitchen towels and bedding.
