Comfortable bungalow with a built in pool located on a quiet dead end street. Our home is a 1/2 hour from both Atlantic City and LBI and many other of the area's best attractions! Our home is fully equipped with newer kitchen appliances, full sized washer and dryer, 4 comfortable bedrooms - 1 bedroom is a twin bunkbed room that sleeps 4 children comfortably, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room, dining area & kitchen featuring an 8ft island. New bulkhead can dock a boat up to 23'. The space Whether your a boat lover or simply a water and nature lover, our bright and airy 1950's bungalow is fully equipped with newer kitchen appliances, full sized washer and dryer, 4 comfortable bedrooms - (Bedrooms 1 & 2 both have queen size beds, bedroom 3 has a full sized bed and bedroom 4 has 2 sets of twin bunkbeds) and 2 bathrooms - one with a tub & one with a standup shower, living room w/ TV with Netflix, dining area and kitchen featuring an 8ft island. Outside sit around the firepit while grilling for the family or enjoying a drink in the sun while watching your kids swim in the pool or lagoon. The newly paved patio has a covered dining area that seats 6, a grill and patio set that seats 10-12 people. Docking your boat - our dock can fit a boat up to 23'. We also have available for your use a 2 person kayak. There are plenty of places to explore on the lagoon! There is also a marina and gas station for boat fill up located right at the end of our block for easy boat drop in and take out. Please note that this is a family friendly home and we would like to keep the peace with our neighbors so loud partying after 10pm is not allowed. Guest access 10 minutes from exit 58 on the Garden State Parkway. Onsite parking is available and the home has a keyless entry for easy access. Other things to note Stand up paddle board & 2 person kayak are available for your use.
