This tranquil property is the perfect place to spend some time away in a peaceful setting, and is set up wonderfully for multiple families. The house is perfectly located to enjoy all that Falmouth has to offer. Just 10 minutes to Falmouth ocean beaches, Falmouth Village shopping and restaurants. Drive or take the trolley to Woods Hole in less than 20 minutes, or hop on the ferry to Martha's Vineyard just down the road. The space The house includes three comfortable bedrooms, a loft with additional sleeping space, two and a half bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and laundry. Enjoy watching stunning sunsets from the private deck overlooking the water. Walk down the hill to the semi-private pond access and spend the day fishing, boating, and swimming! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home. Other things to note -Summer weeks are Saturday-Saturday rentals only. -Absolutely no parties allowed. Outdoor security cameras are in use. -Any pets must be approved upon booking. -Both full bathrooms have standing showers only, no bathtubs. -There are smart televisions in the living room and bedrooms, NO CABLE. -Only electric motors are allowed on the pond, gas motors are not permitted. -Not all boats and beach equipment pictured are available for renters. Please contact us if you would like to know what will be available for your use. -The pond access is shared with family members next door, there is the possibility of other people using the beach. -Depending on the water level, there may or may not be sand at the waters edge. But whatever isn’t above the crystal clear water, will be below for more enjoyable sandy bottom swimming!
