No AC, open doors/windows and a ceiling fan in every room provide natural cooling. A good amount of street noise is common in this vibrant neighborhood. The space A true 2 bedroom apartment with two separate and private bedrooms. Nice bright living room with large lanai and outdoor seating. Full kitchen with range/oven, full size fridge with ice maker, and microwave. Small but fun bath with shower, vanity, and toilet. Living room with TV (cable and Fire stick) pull out couch and dinette area with seating for 4. Ceiling fan. The large lanai has two seating areas with a small table at each to enjoy a drink or snack. Fully equipped kitchen! Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, blender, toaster, pots pans, dishes, knives, utensils and silverware. If you are making a special meal and need a something that we haven't included in the kitchen please call and we will try to get it for you. Bedroom 1 is the larger of the two and has a sliding door out to the lanai that is also accessed from the living room. Bedroom 2 is very small but private with great city views. Each room has a Sealy Posturepedic queen size bed, large ceiling fan, dresser, side table with lamp and USB port. The apartment is ideal for two couples or a family with older children. Please note apartments in Honolulu are relatively small and 6 persons is close quarters Beach Walk is also a completely legal short term rental. It is zoned resort/hotel and the condominium by-laws allow a minimum stay of 24 hours. As mentioned in the description street noise is common, delivery and trash trucks early in the morning, general traffic during the day, occasional music from local bars and restaurants in the evening. We enjoy the city sounds of a vibrant neighborhood but if you are looking to sit in air conditioned quiet then Beach Walk probably isn't for you.
