Location, location, location this is the perfect spot! Easy access to town, Cape Cod Bay, Atlantic Ocean, the bike trail. Truly a hidden gem! The space My charming, quiet home has an easy access to the quaint town center. During the summer months, a casual walk will land you at the very popular Firebirds College Baseball games. Provincetown is about an hours drive, stopping along the way in Wellfleet for an oyster or two! Guest access Guests will have a private entrance with newly renovated private bath. There is also a lovely grassy area with lawn chairs to relax, have your morning coffee or afternoon beverage. Very private and peaceful. I try and greet the guests upon arrival, however I am always available via text or call. During your stay If possible I like to greet the guests as they arrive just to make sure everything is as expected and to answer any questions. I am available to answer questions in person or via cell phone throughout the stay. There will be a lock box for whenever you arrive. Other things to note I have started a red binder with a few of my favorite spots......a work in progress
