My place is centrally located - close to shops, restaurants, and beaches - and has several recent upgrades include a remodeled bathroom, kitchen counter, and new appliances. My place is good for family, couples, remote workers, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Surrounded by 1-acre orchard for you to explore (15 different variety of fruits including lychee, longan, avocado, passion fruit, jabuticaba, cherimoya, orange, Hawaiian white pineapple, mango, apple banana, mountain apple, magic fruit etc.) You have access to all the rooms, patio, kitchen, laundry station, parking garage, large outdoor parking/playing area, front lawn and back yard 1-acre orchard. We may store some personal belongings in the cabinets but you will have plenty of storage space for your items. This location has consistent mountain breezes that bring a comfortable temperature, so it's never scorching hot like oceanfront properties. With fans on, AC is not needed for 99% of people. No traffic Minimal ambient light at night - excellent star view Hawaii is a paradise, and so lots of plants, wild birds, coqui frogs, and other animals also live here. We treat bugs and pests on a regular basis inside and around the house, but - no matter how hard we work and how amazing my place is - occasional encounter with ants or cockroaches is possible in Hawaii. If you happen to see any, please let us know right away so that we can deploy treatment asap. This tropical location is a little humid, especially after multiple rainy days. So, we strive to remove mildew and prevent mold every time we clean the house. If you notice any spots that need treatment, we would be very happy to come in to do deep cleaning so that you can have a great stay. Sometimes people living in the house can better notice small details - we are very grateful for our guests' valuable input. At night, you may hear the singing of coqui frogs “Ko-Kee.. Ko-Kee”, which some people enjoy as relaxing music; if you don’t like the frog’s singing, you usually hear it on the first few nights and won’t even notice it after getting used to it. I’m sure that you understand this is part of a tropical island experience :) A rental car is ideal to get around town and all your planned activities. Taxi from the airport costs about 50-60 dollars. Uber is an option. No bus station nearby. Price includes 4.5% Hawaii General Exercise Tax and 10.25% Transient Accommodation Tax (Certificate of Registration: TA-209-842-5856-01). We love to maximize convenience for our guest and will authorize reasonable early check-in or late check-out as long as there is enough time for us to do cleaning between two bookings. If you want to have a different check in/out time, please request in advance for approval. Please be aware that unapproved late check-out is subject to a $100 extra charge.
