My place is centrally located - close to shops, restaurants, and beaches - and has several recent upgrades include a remodeled bathroom, kitchen counter, and new appliances. The space My place is good for family, couples, remote workers, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Surrounded by 1-acre orchard for you to explore (15 different variety of fruits including lychee, longan, avocado, passion fruit, jabuticaba, cherimoya, orange, Hawaiian white pineapple, mango, apple banana, mountain apple, magic fruit etc.) Guest access You have access to all the rooms, patio, kitchen, laundry station, parking garage, large outdoor parking/playing area, front lawn and back yard 1-acre orchard. We may store some personal belongings in the cabinets but you will have plenty of storage space for your items. Additional facility & equipment for rent (optional): (1) Outdoor theater with 120'' Movie projection screen and projector (extra $5/day) (2) on-site Zero Gravity Infinity Massage chair (extra $20/day) Other things to note Price includes 4.5% Hawaii General Exercise Tax and 10.25% Transient Accommodation Tax (Certificate of Registration: TA-209-842-5856-01). We love to maximize convenience for our guest and will authorize reasonable early check-in or late check-out as long as there is enough time for us to do cleaning between two bookings. If you want to have a different check in/out time, please request in advance for approval. Please be aware that unapproved late check-out is subject to a $100 extra charge.
