Kihei is a small fun beach/resort town with some excellent restaurants and beaches close by. It's great to walk, bike or drive around and is great jumping off point for luaus, hiking, snorkeling or exploring the road to Hana. An unforgettable experience! A rental car is generally recommended to explore the island. Uber/Turo is also available based on their website. There's also a very inexpensive county of Maui bus service! Please note the whole apartment complex has quarterly pest control spraying approved by the State of Hawaii, the US EPA and the US Department of Agriculture for residential use. We cannot predict the exact date and time of arrival at the apartment however it is between 08:00 am - 5:00pm (17:00) on the day the personnel arrive. The unit must be vacated for 10-15 minutes or guests must reside on the balcony during that 10-15 minutes time.
