Bright and Clean House close to beach & boardwalk

Special Note: Minimum rental age-30 years old. MDW- families only (no teen groups) Memorial Day through June inquiries/rentals- We cannot rent to families with teenagers. Please do not request to book if you are booking for your children. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood and best suited for small families. Beautiful, bright, and recently remodeled. A short walk to the beach and the bay. Our home has 2 bedrooms + sun-room. Fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer. The seaside boardwalk is only two blocks away. Bedroom 1- master with queen bed; sleeps 2 Bedroom 2- bunk beds (twin) over full; sleeps 2 adults & 1 child *top bunk is only suitable for children Sun-room 3- daybed; sleeps 1 Living room- pull out sofa bed (queen); sleeps 2 Sleeps a maximum of 7 people (4/5 adults, 1-3 children) **Please be aware-Owners may be staying in the guest house that is located at the far end of the property. The guest house is not attached to the main house that is for rent. Owners will not access the house while you are renting, however they may share the driveway at times. Driveway can hold up to 3-4 cars. Includes 4 Seaside Park beach passes. Exterior Blink cameras at front door and on cottage exterior. No interior cameras. **Please include the purpose of your trip in your inquiry. Ages of all individuals in your group. In addition, you will need to bring your own linens and towels. Bed quilts and pillows are provided.
