The unit has a separate, exclusive entrance. The laundry room, grill, and picnic table in the yard are shared with guests from the bottom unit. It is located on Long Beach Island, 45 minutes from Atlantic City and an 1 1/2 hours from Philadelphia. This is the ideal place for a cozy getaway and time with loved ones with access to the beach and bay. There are plenty of great restaurants, cute shops, amusement and water park, miniature golf, bike rentals, boating and deep sea fishing excursions, and other attractions including the Barnegat Lighthouse and Viking Village. A car is needed to go grocery shopping. There is a free shuttle bus that runs during the summer months. This beach house has been in our family for more than 30 years.
