Gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel refrigerator, four-burner convection oven, and microwave. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything that you will need to enjoy your stay. Many kitchen accessories included: Dinnerware for six guests, coffee maker, flatware & knife set, pots & pans, cooking utensils, toaster, & glasses. Dining room set for four guests. Living room has limited views of the boardwalk. There is a full size sleeper sofa in the living room with an HDTV & Blu-ray player. Master bedroom has limited views of ocean. A queen size bed in the master bedroom, which has an additional HDTV. Second bedroom is small, but has a twin bed with a trundle bed below. WiFi service only. Both smart TVs can be used to access your personal streaming services. Enjoy North Wildwood, not the TVs. The Lampost Condominium Complex is located between 21st & 22nd Ave Boardwalk ramps. Only steps from the beach! Within walking distance of all major shops and restaurants. Your unit is located on the third floor at the southern end. The large members-only pool is completely fenced in to ensure your safety. Additional condo amenities include outdoor shower, washer & dryer. Port-a-crib, stroller, and high chair seat provided. Check-in: 3 pm to Check-out: 10 am. Forget rush hour, just park your car and you won't need it for an entire week. You'll have fun in the sun and surf. This unit has TWO reserved parking spaces. Relax and enjoy one of the best beaches in the U.S. Bed linens and towels are NOT provided. Pillows and blankets are provided. Guest access Guests will self check-in. There is a lockbox on the door frame. Lockbox code will be provided before check-in. Guests have access to condo pool and laundry facilities. 2 parking spaces are accessed from 21st Ave. The parking bumpers are numbered. Other things to note TWO parking spots. Only park in your designated spots. Six (6) guests max. This condo is not comfortable with more guests. Bed linens and towels are NOT provided. 1 Queen bed, 1 full sleeper sofa, 2 twin beds. Pillows and blankets are provided. Be respectful of other guests. Most Lampost condos are used by their owners and do not tolerate excessive noise or disrespectful guests.
