Mike's House - Kuulei Room

Our home is a 4bd older style home that has been in the family since 1935. There is a stairway with 6-7 steps to get to the main level of the house. This is a private room IN A SHARED HOUSE, with an enclosed lanai w/mini fridge, queen size bed and a small private shower stall. We are 7-10 minute walking distance to Paia town with lots to see and eat. We have on street (roadside) parking across the street from the house and WIFI. Renovations have been made but we wanted to try and keep as much of the original rustic homey characteristics as possible. The Kuulei Room has a queen size bed, own private bathroom, small lanai with mini Fridge and clothesline. All toiletries are available in room. There is an AC unit located in the room. I do ask that when leaving house that you please turn it off. No AC in the common SHARED areas of the house. However, I do have ceiling fans and stand up fans if needed. There is an equipped SHARED kitchen for you to cook, spacious SHARED living room to relax and watch some TV, coin operated washer/dryer ( laundry detergent is provided) Guest access Na During your stay As mentioned, we do live on property and you may see us occasionally walking our dogs, exercising with the kids or gardening around the property.
