The space When arriving to the property there is two homes on the property and two driveways. The second driveway leads to the guest house. This is shown in the photos if you need a clear visual. You will have three covered parking spots to park and then follow the walkway to the patio and the back of the house where the electronic lock for access is located. When you walk through the back door you enter the main open living area. In the living area there are two couches and a recliner. The large couch has two reclining portions. The smaller couch has two rocking portions. There is also a piano and desk for a dedicated workspace. Right next to the living area is the kitchen with an island with four stools for seating and a dining table with four seats. The kitchen has most of the basic essentials for meals. Connected to the kitchen is the bedroom with two twin beds and some kids toys. On the other side of the living area there is a hallway that leads to the laundry, hall full bath, bedroom with queen bed, and master bedroom with king bed and master bath. The master bath as a separate clawfoot tub and shower. When walking back outside there are about 7 chairs for relaxing on the patio and watching the sunsets. Enjoy the country living! Guest access Guests will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there's an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with! You will have the place to yourself which allows you more privacy and convenience.
