Cedar Falls retreat close to UNI

Newly renovated modern lower level of home with private entrance. Clean, comfortable, airy, spacious, bright, cheery retreat. Feels like a home away from home. Be ready to navigate 14 stairs to enter the space! The maximum number of guests the space can accommodate is four. The four guests would include any children or infants you may have in your group. The space Space features: Kitchenette with toaster oven, single burner cooktop, crock-pot, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, plenty of dishes, wares, and more. Full fridge Coffee and tea station Ample seating and space Two open spaces in addition to the bedroom, allowing guests space to spread out Two queen Tempurpedic beds Deep, comfortable airbed for floor space "Pack and Play" and linens for infants Luxury bathroom Large TV with YouTube TV Bikes to use seasonally The garage is not part of the guest space. The bikes and yard games are clearly marked when they are seaonally available - otherwise, this is our personal storage space! Guest access Guests have access to the entire lower level (excepting the storage area). This includes two living areas, kitchenette, bathroom and 1 bedroom with a closet. They also have access to the patio (table and ample seating, a gas grill - seasonally), and the adjacent yard space. We offer bikes to our guests seasonally, which are in the garage, but the garage is the hosts private storage space and not for the guest's use. Other things to note Our patio furniture, grill and bikes are offered seasonally only. Normally May - October. Cedar Falls is in northeast Iowa, and we are reminded of the "North" each Winter and Spring!
