Tropical Hideaway Near the Beach

We live in a quiet neighborhood which is close to the beach, bus stop or shopping. It’s a mile walking to Kailua beach. The apartment has a bedroom, living room/kitchenette and bathroom which are part of the house but has a separate entrance and private yard with a gate. We must rent on a monthly basis according to Hawaii vacation rentals. If you need a different amount of time please contact me. No pets allowed. The space The apartment has a separate entrance and gate for your privacy with air conditioning and ceiling fans. The patio has a table/chairs, and small yard to sit out and enjoy the view and breezes from the ocean. The apartment has three rooms: living room/kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. Living room has couch and chairs with coffee table and end tables. Kitchenette is equipped with apartment size refrigerator, microwave , combo convection oven, toaster/air fryer , 2 plate burner, coffee maker, blender, electric skillet and more. Dishes can be washed in laundry sink outside or plastic tubs. There is no sink in kitchenette. Separate bedroom has queen bed with large closet. Bathroom has big shower stall and 6 foot counter with single sink. Outdoor area has a patio table and chairs with umbrella. A small yard is fenced off and charcoal grill is available for your use. Beach gear includes snorkeling gear, Beach chairs, umbrella, boogey boards all for your enjoyment. Guest access Our laundry room is always open when we are home. Just send me a text if you need to do a quick load, otherwise use the clothes line for hanging beach towels and other things. Other things to note Hawaii has a 30 day minimum for vacation rentals on Oahu. We prefer bookings from the 1st to the 30th if possible.
