Our home sits at a cool 1300' elevation with stunning sunsets. For our fellow adventurers, It’s only 10 minutes from Keauhou Bay, 15 minutes from Kona town to the North or 2 Step snorkeling to the South. The space South Kona has the advantage of being cool and casual while still accessible to enjoy everything Kona town has to offer. Just a short drive down the bypass road brings you to Ali'i Drive and some great surfing and snorkeling at Kahalu'u and Magic Sands beaches. You'll never get tired of these sunsets, either. Travel nurses will love its proximity to the hospital and our vacationers will love the charming Kainaliu shops and Gypsea gelato! Guest access This is an apartment on the bottom level of our home. Guests love the privacy they feel in this accommodation. Staying here, you will have your own private apartment and space in your home away from home. You will have a lanai to enjoy coffee or cocktails. Our goal is to make you feel as comfortable as possible. A parking spot for one car is available for you in the driveway labeled GUEST PARKING 1. Please note that there are multiple units on the property and it is under video surveillance outside. Other things to note There is absolutely no smoking allowed on the property, if you need to smoke, we request that you do so down by the street. Sorry, this home is not suitable for pets or service animals due to our rescue dog. Luna loves people but not other animals. The kitty's name is Waikitty, she is very friendly but please don’t allow her in the apartment or feed her, we feed her upstairs. The property outside is under video surveillance. No more than 3 guests will be allowed for your stay, and you may be asked to vacate and forfeit all fees in the event of non-adherence to listed guest rules.
