It is only 1.3 blocks to the beach, 2 blocks to the bay and 1 block from shopping and restaurants. Some new features as of 2013 include a new kitchen and appliances, painting, carpet, and modern bathroom vanities. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, and the other 2 large bedrooms have 2 twin beds in each. There are two small balconies, one off the living room and one off the master bedroom. Off street parking in a private garage can house two midsize vehicles. Sorry, NO PETS. We have a Property Manager who is available during your stay to handle anything you require.
