Children must be 12 yo. $100 cash cleaning fee on arrival. There is one PARKING SPACE FOR COMPACT CARS ONLY This large suite is decorated in "old school" Hawaiian style decor. Beach chairs, towels & umbrellas are provided for your use. Each bedroom is completely furnished with king size bed and either a sleeper sofa or futon. It includes cooking appliances (2 burner hotplate, microwave, toaster & coffeemaker) and utensils (pots, pans, etc). No BBQ grill. It has its own private bath with blow dryer, towels and linens, cable TV, secure wireless internet access and beach accessories (chairs, umbrellas & beach towels). Laundry facilities are not provided, however, there are several laundry mats nearby in Kailua Town. We provide fresh towels once a week upon request; all other housekeeping is the responsibility of the guest. You have access to the entrance gate, sidewalk and stairway with a shared landing to enter your private suite. No other parts of the property are available for your exploration or use. Nearby Kailua has a variety of restaurants & shopping and is loved for its many beaches & accessible offshore islands. The 4 mile stretch of sparkling Kailua Beach and adjoining Lanikai Beach have been rated "tops" among the World's best beaches. Swimming, surfing, snorkeling, fishing, windsurfing, kite-surfing, kayaking, hiking, golf, tennis and theaters are among the year round activities to be enjoyed in Kailua. Although Oahu has a wonderful bus system (The Bus) luggage larger than a small carry on is not allowed. Car rental is recommended, or you can take a shuttle and rent a car at Enterprise or a bicycle once in Kailua. Most important house rules: Guests cannot have guests. Parking is for registered guests only. No smoking of any kind in or around the property.
