Newly Remodeled Beachfront Studio– Welcome to your private paradise! This studio is perfect for relaxing and recharging. Enjoy a kitchen, bathroom with a large soaking tub, and a studio living space w/ AC. Private laundry, one of a kind photography too! Step outside to your outdoor shower and you’ll love the privacy on this beach. Relax in the comfy King bed, ocean views and the nice spacious table to dine & work! Perfect for couples or solo travelers seeking comfort & a peaceful getaway. The space This room is a part of our 6,000 sq ft home. You have a large bedroom with a comfy king bed, kitchenette, laundry, dining table, armoire, large TV, night stands, and an outdoor shower! The attached private bathroom has a sink, granite countertops, beautiful art work and a large jetted tub/shower with nice doTERRA spa products to use. You enter the room from the glass double doors that lead to your private entry facing the ocean. Guest access Guests can use the private gated beach access, private heated outdoor shower, breezeway entrance to the room and the entire beach right in front of the house! You have a private entrance to your room right from the beach! Please NO SMOKING at all in the room or on our property. During your stay I like to be available to answer any questions or concerns the guests have as quickly as possible. I know that guests prefer their privacy and space, but if you need to borrow anything or have questions, we’re here for you! Other things to note There’s a grocery store and multiple restaurants within walking distance of our place! We live in this home with our 5 kiddos, the walls are made of thick concrete and the doors are heavy, but it’s possible you might hear a giggle or two around bedtime :)
