Our location is a 10-minute walk to the center of town and a 5-minute walk to the bayside beach. The space Our renovated first-floor home at 12 Cottage Street retains the feel of its 160 years in Provincetown's ocean breeze. It has original wide-plank pine floors and bright, airy rooms. The full bathroom was completely renovated in 2024. After a night in one of three air-conditioned bedrooms, enjoy morning coffee on the private front porch: two with queen-sized beds and one smaller with a full-size. One of our Queen beds has a Casper adjustable frame (lift and lower your head or feet). Relax on the comfy den sofa while watching the flat-screen TV. We have basic cable but feel free to steam out Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, or HBO. Enjoy the sunny dining room and living room with a wood-burning fireplace delightful for year-round entertaining. Cook away in the newly renovated kitchen with a granite island and new full-sized stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher). There is also a full-sized washer and dryer, and wireless access if you just can't leave it all behind. Exclusive use of large mahogany deck and grill. If you have kids with you, send them to the playground or B-ball court across the street. In the Summer, enjoy the Cross-Fit Bootcamp that runs at the basketball court every Saturday and Sunday morning.
