Honoli'i surf spot is just a mile away. Our home is 1200sq ft with 3BR & 2 bath. It’s attractively furnished & fully stocked kitchen. The living room has a large flat screen TV. No dishwasher or formal dining area. We provide you with a safe, cozy, clean & quiet home after a full day exploring. The space No dishwasher or formal dining area, but there is an island in the kitchen. AC in the living room & master bedroom. Fans available in the 2nd & 3rd bedroom. Free WiFi. Shared washing machine and dryer are provided. Please carefully read and follow the Check In Instructions as we share helpful directions & photos that will help you locate our home. Guest access Lockbox is available for self check-in. Please inquire prior to your arrival if we are able to accommodate early check in or late check out. Guests have access to entire 3BR/2Bath. Must climb stairs. Shared use of washer & dryer. (Others have access) Other things to note If you need help locating Hilo Paukaa home, we ask that you do not disturb the neighbors. Please call us at anytime and we will meet you. Please carefully read the house rules, check-in and check-out instructions. Please note that there is a detached room on the opposite side of the garage which is occupied and is not accessible to any guests. One parking stall is available on the right side of the garage. Other vehicles to be parked on the driveway or grass area. Left parking stall is reserved. Please do not block left parking stall so that car is able to have access. There is a small grass area outside of the home. No garden or any fancy landscaping. If citrus fruits are available please help yourself to the limes, lemons and oranges in the backyard. Safety & Surroundings: For added peace of mind, the property is equipped with security cameras located only in outdoor areas. There are no cameras inside the home, and guest privacy indoors is fully respected. Our home is also set in a natural Hawaiian surroundings, and families may occasionally spot local wildlife, including wild pigs & chickens, in the area. These sightings are usually brief, as the animals tend to keep to themselves. We recommend enjoying wildlife from a distance and reminding children not to approach or feed animals.
