Includes bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and a seasonal sun porch. Use of outdoor spaces such as front porch and back patio shared with main floor guests. It is a historic home so will have your usual quirks that come with an older home. The space You will have the entire second floor of this historical home for your private use. Access is through the front via a private entrance. Along with the ability to enjoy the front porch or back patio (these spaces are shared with the main floors guests ) Guest access You have access to entire second floor of the home, front porch, back patio/yard. Other things to note This home is over 100 years old and we do our best to keep it well maintained. In the summer months since this is the upper unit it can occasionally be a bit warmer than some prefer as the AC struggles to keep up on days its 90+. There are fans and we do our best to keep it as cool as possible but want our guests aware in advance. Heat and Air are controlled by the lower unit but we can control on our phones as well if a guest messages with issues. Also since this is an older home you will occasionally have some noise from the main floor guests. Along with the usual old home quirks like slightly lower water pressure.
