Perfect for families looking for two separate living spaces under one roof. Main home is a modern space with 3 bedrooms/ 1 bath, smaller side a 1 bedroom/ 1 bath, with separate entrances. Located near Sunset Beach and V-land. Just a two minute walk to the beach, relax with A/C & Netflix available in the living room. ** Located in a quiet neighborhood. If you plan to have any loud music or parties at anytime, this will not be the home for you. ** The space Enjoy the uncrowded beach across the street, eat at iconic Ted's Bakery just a 7 minute walk or unwind at the home watching Netflix on our 65" Tv. Amenities include super fast Wi-Fi, outdoor shower, four TVs with three connected to Netflix, Air conditioning in the main living space, beach towels, washer and dryer, snorkel gear, beach toys and baby crib. Maximum occupancy is 9 adults and 2 children/babies. There is no extra charge for having extra people within the max occupancy. Guest access The home is part of two homes, both with separate entrances but connected front yard area. There's also the option to rent the separate sides individually (availability permitting). Other things to note The home is in a residential family neighborhood and may not be used for parties, weddings or receptions. Please be respectful of noise levels from 10pm till 8am. Loud or unruly behavior is restricted by local ordinance and may result in citation or arrest by local law enforcement. Alcohol in the possession of minors is not permitted; as well as illegal possession of controlled substances by any guest. Breaching of these provision(s) will result in the guest(s) being asked to leave as well as the forfeiture of payment.
