Modern beach style condo, 2 bedroom 2 bathrooms at Turtle Bay. The Master bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower, king bed, and tv. The loft bedroom has 3 full beds. The unit is fully renovated, modern, and perfect for the North Shore. Guests will have access to the shared pool, tennis courts, walking trails, a great beach a quick 5 minute walk away which has snorkeling and surfing options. One assigned parking spot stall. Just a short 7 minute walk (or 20 second drive) and you're at the beach or at the hotel. The condo complex has 2 pools for your use. The resort is public assess (free access to beach, restaurants, and grounds). Unfortunately, only hotels guests are allowed to use the hotel pools and exercise room but feel free to enjoy the bar, dining, and incredible views the hotel grounds have to offer. Our condo has air conditioning in the living room and in the master bedroom. It's been completely updated and all the furnishing are new. The TVs are large, flat screen, HD TVs. WIFI available. Guests can access the entire unit. I am on island and available to help anytime. I have a property assistant who lives near by that can also assist. Kuilima East is a gated community only about a quarter mile away from Turtle Bay Hotel. Our cleaning protocols have been updated to comply with current CDC recommendations during the COVID-19 pandemic. You can be assured you will be entering a condo that is as clean and as sanitized as possible. No pets allowed. No exceptions. A $500 fine will be charged if a pet is brought to the unit. Quiet hours are 10 pm- 7 am. If security comes to quiet down the unit a fee of $500 will be charged per occurrence. 6 guests maximum. We will try to accommodate early check-ins and late check-outs if we can. It will just depend on other same-day arrivals or departures. But if we can make it work, we will! Please note the unit is on the second floor and no elevator is available. The second bedroom is a loft so stairs will also need to be climbed to get to that bedroom as well. We get guests started with trash bags, laundry detergent, and toilet paper but they will need to supply past the start up items. Mahalo!
