Imagine seeing the crystal-clear waters of Laie Bay from nearly everywhere in the house. Eating breakfast out on the lanai so close to the water you feel like you're standing on the ocean. The gentle waves lulling you into a peaceful sleep while the ocean breezes envelope you. This is the Sea Cliff House. This home can only be rented for periods of 30 days or longer. No breakdown in pricing or calendar settings in Airbnb shall suggest that this home can be rented for a shorter period. The space This 1,500 sq ft home was designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. Everything in the home is designed to help you feel at home, from the gourmet kitchen with quartz and walnut to the glass-tiles showers. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, love seat, and the most incredible views on this side of the island. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, queen air mattress, sofa, and the ocean right outside your door. Bedroom 3 has two, twin trundles (four twin beds total) and its own private lanai. Walk out onto the 24x12' lanai and feel like you're standing on the ocean. You can often view sea turtles (Honu) swimming just below you. Open up the 20-foot sliding-glass doors for a seamless indoor/outdoor living space. Guest access This home is half of a two-unit townhome. Your side is very private with its own private entrance, space, and side yard. The other half is also an Airbnb unit. Only two vehicles are allowed, and use of the home is for registered guests only. Additional visitors are not allowed to the home. Other things to note Because this home is part of an attached, 2-unit townhome, we ask that you please respect the privacy and quiet guests next door. Queit hours are from 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM We live in the front house, and we love sharing our neighborhood with guests who respect our property, community, and family-friendly environment. Two items that are strictly enforced are the two-vehicle limit, and the use of the home only to registered guests (please do not invite friends/family over who are not staying at the home without our prior consent).
