This unit is located on the preferred East Side of Kuilima Estates at Turtle Bay, on the Fazio 18th hole with cool breezes, washer & dryer, and bedroom and living room A/C units for extra comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped, available beach gear for a day at the shore, a peaceful Lanai for a mid-afternoon cocktail, and games in the unit for a night of fun and entertainment. The unit is locally owned and operated by longtime North Shore residents. The whole condo is available for the guest. Including private back lanai and outdoor shared pool and yard space. We live close by and are available via text or phone if you need anything! Our condo is located on the famed Turtle Bay resort property right near the 18th hole of the George Fazio golf course. There are a number of great restaurants, bars and recreation opportunities right at the resort including a spa, beautiful beach, surfing + surf lessons, bike rental and horseback riding. You'll want a car if you plan on going outside the resort or you can take the local bus which has a stop right outside our condo complex. Note: We cannot accommodate late check-ins. The latest check-in is 10 pm. Guests who try to check-in later will not be given access and will not be refunded for the lost first night. Current covid restrictions allow the pool and BBQ area open to guests only but unfortunately this is subject to change if the state changes restrictions.
