The space We keep the place immaculately clean, the house is bright and sunny, with a perfect family layout - 3 bedrooms and a bonus room with French doors to the back yard, 2 full baths, a modern kitchen and a comfy family room. There are hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and sun-filled backyard with a patio and a brand-new outside shower. The house is an open-air concept house and when the windows are open, it is providing good airflow. Area A/C is available for the living area and the kitchen. The bedrooms have individual windows and stand fans for your convenience to use. Guest access There is a U-shaped driveway in the front of the house with plenty of parking space. When you enter the house, you walk into the family/living room where you will find a cozy seating area with a flat screen TV and a round table perfect for family or card games, or jigsaw puzzles. The sofa in this room is pull-up, ready to accommodate 2. There’s a fully new renovated bathroom with shower next to the living room. Sunny kitchen with a glass table, which seats 4, and opens to the spacious backyard. At the other end of the house, you will find 3 bedrooms and a full bath with a tub. One bedroom with Queen bed, one with 2 Twin beds and the last one with Twin Over Full Bunk Bed with an extra Twin bed on the bottom. The large backyard and spacious patio offer tons of space for the whole family to relax. Sit on the patio in the morning sun with a good book and your coffee, cook up some dinner on the BBQ grill, and enjoy sitting under the stars around the fire pit at night. An enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water is available to you - a great Cape Cod tradition when returning from the beach.
