The pool/ community area offers several tables, ping pong, grill area all of which are available for you to use! Quaint, peaceful studio for your downtime has NEW queen bed,Side tablesw USB, 43" Samsung Smart TV with Netflix,Prime, HULU w/Live TV coffee maker, fridge/freezer, microwave, NEW A/C UNIT The space We have visited many properties here in the Princeville area and feel the grounds and the unique landscaping are truly one of the best maintained with all native Hawaiian plants and flowers everywhere! Just walking the path around the complex and to the pool and you get an eyeful of beauty to last the remainder of your visit! Guest access One Bedroom, Private Bathroom and Private Lanai with separate guest entrance. The pool & pavillion are 15 steps from the unit and it has a nice grill, kitchen area, tables & chairs and, of course, an awesome pool! There is also a microwave in the unit. Other things to note We now have A/C in the studio which makes it the PERFECT temperature for our guests that would like to use it! When searching the area, be cautious of nearby LLC owned facilities that have hidden expenses upon checkout. Some do not populate their total until checkout.
