Cozy and personal Chateau Bleu beach house in Ocean Grove. European flair decor.. everything you need to enjoy a stay in our amazing victorian town. Well appointed kitchen and amenities, sparkling clean and light. Away from the stress and noise, situated a little back from the front row.. with easier street parking and great neighbors. Beach and boardwalk, cozy old fashioned Main Street with all its shops, and just a few minutes to walk or ride your bike over to Asbury Park. Welcome to all!! We absolutely love Ocean Grove, and I believe it shows in our cozy home. Our sincere hope is that you too will love the space, the decor and the amenities, as well as the neighborhood and town of Ocean Grove. The rooms are white and airy..with blue accents. Living room with fireplace mantle and TV.. Beachy white slipcovered sofa and chair w/ ottoman. Dining room with clawfoot round table and chairs with quaint corner cabinet original to the house. Small and authentic and very well appointed kitchen, original mosaic tiled floor, gas stove, stainless appliances, fridge and dishwasherand marble counter top and vintage dishes that match the house's era. Upstairs one totally renovated bathroom with large shower, sliding doors leading to front bedroom, all white and light, with blue accents and queen size bed, and leading out to a beautiful open air porch on the second floor, with views over the neighborhood and leading down to the beach. The second bedroom leading to the back of the house, also divided with sliding doors, a white and light bedroom with a queen size bed, leading to a smaller bedroom in the back with one twin size bed. All bed linens and towels white and fresh. The front porch on ground level is cozy and furnished with white wicker, and the small but cozy back yard is fenced nicely in for privacy and rooms a table and chairs and a barbecue. There are a few beach bikes for your use, at least two beach badges, and a storage locker on the beach with two chairs and an umbrella for your use. The whole house and yard. If I myself am not available when you are here, I will have my neighbor stop by and help if anything is needed. What I love most about hosting, is meeting my guests! The neighborhood is quaint and old fashioned, with front porches all close together. You can walk or ride bikes to everything in town and in neighboring towns. Quaint Main Street with shops and cafes, loads of meetings and music going on in the church buildings and beach pavillions in summer time. Always loads of restaurants and concerts and things going on in Asbury. We are a 10 minute walk from Asbury Park Train Station, trains and busses to NYC. Parking on the street, otherwise walking and biking distances to everything in town. Only 10 minutes to walk to the beach, fewer to ride your bike! If you are interested in monthly stays during the winter, please let me know and we will offer you a different price. Summer time rentals include 3 beach bikes, 2 beach badges and access to a locker on the beach where umbrellas and chairs are stored.
