KITCHEN: -The kitchen has basic amenities and new appliances, please note there is no dishwasher. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Bedroom 1- 2 Bunk Beds Bedroom 2- 1 Bunk Bed Bedroom 3- 1 Queen Sized Bed **Please note, bed linens are provided but we DO NOT provide bath or beach towels. *Please note that this property does not have a washer or dryer available for guest use. ***Please Note: There is currently construction taking place in the unit below. While we cannot predict the schedule, guests may experience intermittent daytime construction noise during their stay. Parking: Free street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis where permitted. Please be mindful of neighboring properties, posted parking signs, and any parking restrictions when parking your vehicle. Please do not park in the designated handicap parking space, as it is reserved for a neighboring residence. Free street parking is available only on the same side of the street as the property. Parking on the opposite side of the street may be subject to restrictions or fees, so please be sure to check all posted signs before leaving your vehicle. Guest access ACCESS & ENTRY: -Guests have access to the entire unit, as well as the front and back patio. -There are stairs to enter. -We ask that you please respect the home and the neighbors. -Please note that check-out time is promptly at 11:00 AM. Failure to check out by this time may result in a $100 fee per hour. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a smooth transition for our next guests. Thank you for your understanding! KEYLESS ENTRY: -There is keyless entry. Your host will provide you with the door code approximately one hour prior to check in the day of your trip. PARKING: -You may park on the street where available. -Guests are responsible for city street parking compliance; read & follow signage to avoid parking tickets. -We are not responsible for guest's vehicles. Other things to note HONESTY & EXPECTATIONS: At "Beach Retreat", we want our guests to have a clear understanding of the distinctions between vacation rentals and hotels. While we diligently maintain our properties, wear and tear are inherent aspects of vacation rentals. Although we address issues promptly, the high volume of guests may result in occasional delays between stays. Any significant damage or serious concerns are prioritized and resolved before a guest's check-in, provided we are made aware of the issue. CLEANING: Our dedicated cleaning team meticulously sanitizes and cleans each home. Unlike standard hotel rooms, homes entail a more detailed cleaning process due to their larger size. Despite our team's efforts to ensure optimal cleanliness, minor oversights may occur. For substantial errors, we are committed to rectifying the situation promptly. While we take pride in our cleaning standards, we ask for understanding that, as in any human endeavor, perfection is not always attainable, especially when minor details have no direct impact on your stay. HOUSEHOLD ITEMS: As private residences, it's important to recognize that household items may break or require repairs during your stay. While we understand the inconvenience this may pose to our guests, it's equally disruptive for us. Appliances such as water tanks, HVAC systems, dishwashers, and refrigerators may experience issues. We cannot guarantee immunity from such occurrences, but we pledge to address and resolve any situation swiftly. While we assure our commitment to guests' well-being, we're honest about the potential for unforeseen issues. AMENITIES: -WiFi included; exterior ring camera security for added safety. -Linens, and basic amenities provided. -Guests must purchase their own amenities when stock runs out. *Please note that this property does not have a washer or dryer available for guest use. -No towels are provided. -Basic cookware supplies; no salt, pepper, oil, or kitchen condiments. RESERVATION/CANCELLATION NOTES: -If your dates are booked, please ask about our other listings. -Changing reservation dates or guest quantity may incur additional fees. -Rates/prices subject to change based on reservation adjustments. -Guests may request to change booking dates up to 14 days before check-in, subject to availability and possible rate differences. Please note that the property is not childproof, and children must be always supervised by an adult for safety. -Wildwood is a barrier island and city style environment; expect possible common sightings of household ants, critters or mice especially during certain times of the years. Properties are not immune to household issues like this and may have evidence of preventative treatments and measures. -Beaches are free; no tags or passes required. Beach amenities not provided. -We utilize quilts on most of our beddings for comfort, durability, and sanitary reasons. If extra blankets are needed, let us know before check-in. -If you are extremely sensitive to smells, please note that odors from food, smoke, or other sources from outside or neighboring units may occasionally be noticeable. If this is a major concern for you, please keep this in mind. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: -Respectful behavior requested due to close proximity of homes. -This is NOT a party house. City-wide quiet hours from 10pm-7am. -We ask that you please respect the neighbors, the neighborhood and the home. -Please monitor noise levels, especially during the night. -You must be 21 and over to book. -We ask that you please read the house rules and listing in full when booking.
