The house sits on the second Lagoon in from Manahawkin Bay. Just a stones throw from the Island with quick access to the Rt 72 Causeway Bridge. Open concept living on the first floor, Modern kitchen, Central Air and first and second floor Bedrooms . Off street Parking, Gas cooking and Hot water, Direct TV and Wi-fi access Other things to note I start the Seasonal listings ( JUNE-JULY-AUGUST) on Sunday with an evening check in of 5 pm and run them through Sunday with a 9 am checkout This assures there is plenty of time for me to inspect the home and make sure it is clean, restocked, and ready for the next guests.
