Enjoy a private hot tub, a spacious backyard with a fire pit, and two separate media rooms with sound systems. Fully A/C, pet-friendly, and parking accommodates 6+ cars. Comfortably sleeps 10. The space Two driveways on each side of the house will fit 6 cars, including a Tesla EV charger on the left driveway. Keyless entry makes it easy for you and your guests to enjoy your stay worry-free. 5 bedrooms include three king bedrooms and 4 twin-sized beds for two-floor family living or large groups that sleep up to 10 (there is a trundle under one of the twins!) There are 2 full bathrooms - one has a tub - and a half bath on the main floor. The house accommodates both short and mid-term stays with a full kitchen filled with cookware, a washer and dryer conveniently located in the basement, and close proximity to all that Groton has to offer. A 65” Samsung Smart TV and surround system await you for movie or game nights, with an additional Roku TV streaming system in the basement for dual-watching purposes. After a full day of exploration or biking, soak off in the hot tub, lounge on the deck, or grill a home-cooked meal outdoors. Settle into the night around the fire pit as you gaze up at the stars. The Pleasant House awaits you for the perfect getaway. Guest access The house is entirely yours to enjoy with full amenities for short or long-term stay. Other things to note Our pricing is all-inclusive, with no extra or hidden cleaning fees. Towels and linens are included in your stay. Your comfort is our priority. We are a dog-friendly property, and the breeds and number of pets must be disclosed when booking. Our pet fee is $100 per stay. If you are in the area for a special occasion such as a wedding, anniversary, conference, family reunion, or any event, let us know if we can set something up for you to make it extra memorable.
