One bath with standing shower, stocked kitchenware for cooking, and laundry room located on premise. There is off street parking in carport that is behind fenced acre yard. You will have access to the back yard behind the home, fruit bearing trees, laundry facility, car port and entire private one bedroom/1 bathroom unit. Kitchen has hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker and coffees/teas, ninja blender, glasses/cups/utensils, pots and pans and settings for guests. We're are located right off the main highway. There is some public transportation. But it's best to have a rental car to get the full island experience. We have two dogs on the property (Emma and Finley) that stay behind the gate and keep our home and occupants protected. We try to kennel them if we know our guest are coming and going however there will be times They will interact with you. We note they bark less at our guest if they are dog lovers and comfortable around dogs. They bark to let everyone know someone is at the gate. It might come across as intimidating but they warm quickly as they know you. We do provide treats. So, if your not a dog lover this may not be the place for you. Some of our guest get dog hugs and kisses as they become such good friends.
