Quaint room in separate house with Japanese bath, mini kitchen with 4-burner stove, toaster, hotel refrigerator, flatware and pots and pans, plus an office. We're nestled under Mt. Jumbo on Rattlesnake Creek and Greenough Park. Ten-minute walk to UM, downtown and mountain trails. The space This quaint room is in a separate building behind our house. On the ground floor is a private dance studio. There are 2-3 classes/rehearsals most days. Everything ends by 9 pm (except Wed. 9:30) and starts at 9 am at the earliest. These are small groups and very respectful of your privacy. Activities tend to stop during the summer. There is a schedule on your bureau so you know what to expect. People may use the bathroom during these times, however; otherwise it is all yours. On the second floor is your room and bathroom, a kitchenette and a writing office. There is one double bed. You do have to climb stairs. Guest access You have access to the guest room, bathroom, kitchenette, office and the 30'X40' dance studio (when it's not in use, which is most of the time). The studio has a piano and plenty of room to stretch out. We prefer that you not hang out extensively in the yard as there is a great park right across the street. Thank you! Other things to note We have an inexhaustibly enthusiastic nine-year-old Black Lab, Maggie, who will try hard to engage you in throwing pine cones for her in the yard.
