Welcome to The Retro Bungalow found in a quiet, cozy, little neighborhood in Waverly, IA. A perfect little home for traveling professionals or families! Close to downtown shopping, eating, bike trails, and more! Close to Wartburg College! The space Cute little older home with updated amenities including a new kitchen counter, sink, dishwasher, and all brand new appliances. The bathroom has also been updated with a new vanity and toilet. Enjoy the quirks of an older home with the modern comforts of today! Where you will sleep: Main Floor: -Two bedrooms, both with queen size beds -One full bathroom (including bathtub) -One full size sleeper sofa (in living room) Lower Level: -Two queen size beds (This is a non- conforming space ((AKA: Not a bedroom. This is an open room in the basement level)). If you are not comfortable with this, please do not book.) -One bathroom with shower stall (no tub) -Laundry *Please note the stairs to the lower level/basement are narrow and steep so extra caution is recommended. Extras: -High Speed Internet for working remotely or to stream your favorite shows on the smart TVs. (Televisions found in the living room and each bedroom) Guest access Guests will access the home via keypad. Each guest will be provided with their own personalized passcode for their visit.
