Welcome to Natural Nook- a cozy, thoughtfully designed retreat nestled inside a charming early-1900s duplex in Boone, Iowa. Created with comfort, warmth, and wellness in mind, this one-bedroom nook blends moody modern touches with the timeless character of an older home. 2 blocks to downtown, 10 minutes to seven Oaks, 15 minutes to Iowa Arboretum, & 13 miles to Iowa State. The space Built in the early 1900s, this home still carries much of its original charm and character. Along with that charm comes the occasional creak in the floor or squeaky door, part of what makes this space feel cozy and unique. Guest access We offer off street parking in the driveway. It is located off of 6th Street. Please do not park on Greene Street or you will have to walk around the house to get inside! One vehicle can be parked on the right side of the driveway, directly in front of the garage door. You are able to park on both sides of 6th Street. The Airbnb access door is directly in front of the driveway. Other things to note The photos I've provided accurately depict the layout and features of each room in the vacation rental. However, I do make seasonal changes to the decor to keep the space feeling festive, cozy, and appropriate for the time of year.
