A unique yet comfortable space the Orchid Suite has a private entrance/bath, custom king sized ohia pole bed, tile floors, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Coffee and tea service provided. Extra towels provided on request for the use of outdoor jetted tub. Guest access Aloha Crater Lodge offers an outdoor jetted tub for all Guests to enjoy. The area is great to just go out and start walking...to Volcano Village, the Art Center, Ono Cafe and art, Cooper Center, Restaurants, convenience stores. Other things to note Aloha, We are instituting a new check in procedure with access to a lock box that provides more security for our Guests on check in any time after 3pm. Once your reservation is confirmed, you will be messaged regarding access to the lock box. The key for your room entry will be in the lock box. 24 hours prior to your arrival we will send your self check in instructions. This will include directions where we are located and specific instructions where to park nearest your room. You will need access to email for these advisories and instructions. Should you have questions or concerns regarding any of these instructions please let us know. Remember we are on Hawaiian standard time and our office is open between 9 and 3, Sunday 12-3. We have much cooler weather up here in Volcano, 4,000 feet elevation. Bring layers or warm covering for evening viewing. No problem with mosquitos and most bugs, just moths and flys in season.
