Set in a convenient Mid-Cape location, this home also makes it easy to explore the rest of Cape Cod, from nearby villages and beaches to day trips farther down the Cape. The main house is spread across three floors and offers plenty of room to relax, gather, dine, and unwind. The first floor features a newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything needed for preparing meals during your stay. Multiple living spaces, including a living room, den, and sunroom, give everyone room to spread out. The first floor also includes a dining room, half bathroom with laundry, and a primary bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom located next door. The second floor features three additional bedrooms and three full bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite private bathroom, another has two twin beds with an ensuite private bathroom, and the third has a full bed. A third full bathroom is located in the hallway. The third floor features two more bedrooms and a hallway half bathroom. One bedroom has a full bed and the other has two twin beds. Please note that the third-floor stairs are steep and the hallway ceilings are “Cape Cod traditional” height, so taller guests may need to stoop in certain areas. Outside, the home offers a private fenced patio area with an outdoor shower, seating and a gas fireplace, ideal for relaxing after a beach day or enjoying summer evenings. A gas grill is located near the kitchen and breakfast area for easy outdoor cooking.
