Cabin in Ocean View

On the lava fields surrounded by Ohia trees & deep silence, you find our cozy enchanting cabin. Embracing atmosphere with covered lanai, ocean view, a million stars at night, comfy Queen size bed, bathroom, Wifi, outdoor kitchen, heated outdoor shower, under sun & stars. Furnished Japanese style, a room with a view! Close to South point, Green & black Sand beach & snorkelfun bays. Kahuku volcano park is close (10 min), great hiking! Anyone is welcome, we are happy to receive you with warm Aloha. The space The cabin accomodates a maximum of 3 people. It is located on 3 acres of lava land, far enough from our house to have your own privacy and also close enough to walk over if you need something or have some questions. You have all the amenities mentioned in the description: comfortable Queen size bed in the main cabin and a twin size bed in the back bedroom, outdoor kitchen, heated outdoor shower, covered lanai (outdoor porch), WIFI and indoor little bathroom. There are outlets for evening lights and charging your devices. There is also a big refrigerator in a shared area underneath the main house, shared with our other rental. Easy parking can be done in front of the cabin. Blooming a'ali'i bushes and ohia trees are all around; it is sunny in the day and cool at night. We don't get lots of rain so sun will be prevailing. We live on 1800 ft (600m), makai side (ocean side), there is a nice cooling breeze making the temperature really comfortable. You'll find a million stars at night, the silence out here is amazing and in the day you hear the songs of many birds. We also have 2 cats, Lava & Jack. They are not allowed inside the cabin, but especially Jack will come and greet you and he might hang out with you on the lanai. Guest access Very close to Kahuku Volcano park for nice hiking (open Thursday - Sunday), a couple of hidden swimming and snorkel bays, good also for beautiful hikes and swimming fun, South point, Punalu'u beach black sands beach- and also Green Sand beach is not too far away. On saturdaymorning there is the colorful Ka'u market, 10 minutes walk from our house, with fruits and vegetables, food and all kinds of clothing, plants and nice second hand gadgets to buy. On Wednesday morning there is a beautiful farmers market in Na'alehu with local fruit and vegetables, breakfast, Hawaiian music and beautiful things to buy. Other things to note The listed price is inclusive 17.25% Hawaii TAX! Also we will do our best to be there to welcome you and check you in ourselves. If we are not there for some reason, we will provide you with detailed self check-in instructions, so that you can easily find your way. Most of the time one of us is available though to show you around. When you book for 3 people, there is an extra guest fee of $ 22 per night for the 3rd person. This will show once you book.
