Island style Hawaiian home is expansive, bright, and open, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. With great ocean views. Located in a rural area on 1 acre of fenced in private land. Quiet and peaceful. 1 hour 15 min from Kona and same from Hilo. Best to get supplies in Kona or Hilo as no grocery stores in Na'alehu. Is 40 minutes to the Volcano Ntl. Park and 15 min to the Punaluu Black Sand Beach, 15 min to South Point and Green Sands Beach. There is no Wi-Fi ~ cell service works great in the area. The space The road to get to the house is a rural dirt road it is only .2 tenth of a mile off the pavement until my driveway is reached on the left....The road is a little bumpy and is best to get their before dark as it can be a lille bit tricky after dark and it is fine for rent a cars... This is an island style indoor outdoor home. Is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom island home with speculator ocean views. A 6 foot porch runs along entire ocean facing south side of home. There are very expansive windows in living room for great ocean views, and the 2 bedrooms have wonderful views. Mountain facing views from north side deck just outside kitchen. The flooring will be the last project to finish in the house, although both bathrooms floors are beautifully tiled already, the floors are painted a nice brown with throw rugs. New interior finishes including a functional kitchen with a big whirlpool refrigerator, stainless steel range~oven, microwave, Kurieg coffee maker, as well as a regular coffee maker. A couch in the living room area with flat panel TV plus large DVD selection to chose from for entertainment. There is no wifi but Verizon and ATT work excellent in this area. A guest left a great recommendation to bring an HDMI cable then you will be able to watch movies from your phone or your iPad if you have AT&T or Verizon they have great service down south here...... :) Guest access This is a whole private house. There is a Host on property in a total separate dwelling. The host parks their car on the side of the garage. If there are any emergencies or concerns they will be able to help. Other things to note As there is a lot of glass doors and low glass windows as well as stairs and high decks, this home is not suitable to young children. We do offer a refresher of fresh sheets and towels and a general wipe down after a five nights stay. An additional cost of $30 can be paid to the housekeeper and scheduled easily with the housekeeper if needed.
