There is a nice pool and hot tub area on premises, which includes gas grills. The black sand beach is a short walk down the road where you can often see sea turtles bathing in the sun. **The Golf Course is CLOSED** Parking is provided, not much public transportation in the area. A few local eateries are available in Pahala and Naalehu, but they do close fairly early. The nearest towns are Pahala and Naalehu, both about a 10 minute drive from the condo.
