Guest access Guests have full access to the home and fully fenced privabte yard. • Maids area (locked, exterior access only) • Fisherman’s Shed (owner storage) Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Other things to note Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older and must remain on the property for the duration of the stay. Government-issued ID may be required prior to check-in. • Maximum occupancy: 8 guests • Outdoor shower is seasonal • Hot tub available year-round • Entire yard is private for Sirens Keep guests • No parties or events without our written consent in the lease.
