Pool hrs are 10am-8pm Outdoor area and lounge open until 10pm Guest access Prior to your arrival, I will provide you with the apartment check-in code for self-entry. Inside the apartment, you will find a key fob for building access and a garage access card for parking. Please keep both items secure during your stay, as they are required for access to the property and must be returned upon check-out. Other things to note It is very important that you review all building and apartment rules prior to check-in. The James is a quiet residential apartment community, and management strictly enforces quiet hours. Please be respectful of your neighbors at all times. This is a non-smoking property, and smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the apartment or within the building. If you are traveling with a pet, please note that pets are not allowed in the outdoor grill and lounge areas in accordance with building regulations. To ensure transparency, a video walkthrough of the apartment will be sent on the day of check-in so you can review the condition of the home prior to your arrival.
