Aloha! E Komo Mai (Welcome)! This is one of the cheapest private spaces (entire place to yourself) in Waikiki! Live less than a block away from the World famous Waikīkī BEACH! You will be located on the 9th floor which is only one floor away from amazing multi-million dollar views on the sundeck on the 10th floor. The views are breathtaking throughout the day but particularly at sunset. This space is perfect for a couple. LGBT friendly! The space You're in luck! This is one of the LOWEST PRICED "PRIVATE SPACES" (not shared) in Waikīkī on Airbnb. The entire unit is completely private and yours alone. Guest access Limited parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once you book, parking is your responsibility. It may be possible to reserve a spot, and if it is available, it is about $25/day in the building. Unfortunately, parking is NOT guaranteed and to be honest it is a bit of a headache. There is also parking available across the street at the zoo for $1.50/hr and 4 hours max. If you want to park without headache then there are neighboring hotels you can use ranging from about $25-$45 a day which is standard in Waikiki. Other things to note IMPORTANT: There is a prominent gay bar in the building, but there is no noise pollution in the unit.
