You will be individually responsible to find street parking payable by credit card and or free parking on the Ala Wai canal should it be available. When staying at my place in Waikiki, a car is not needed as you are able to walk everywhere. Should you want to have a car, I suggest renting your car from Turo, that way you can easily return the day of.
